SuperHeroes | Group dynamic with Escape Box
In this dynamic you will have to become superheroes to thwart the evil villain's plans before time runs out. To do so, you must coordinate and work as a team, dividing your tasks and keeping good communication with your teammates at all times.
Before starting the dynamic, the facilitator will organise the teams and explain the rules and guidelines of the game we will use as the central tool of the course.
During the experience, you will be pushed to work under pressure so your behaviour will be magnified. Our coach will observe the attitude and behaviours you adopt when facing the different challenges.
When we finish, we will analyse how we approached the problems, identify our behavioural profiles and reflect on what we did well and what we could have done better.
