HACK ATTACK | Group dynamic with Digital Sync
In this dynamic you will compete in teams of 3 or 4 people to stop the hacker attack our organisation is suffering before time runs out. To do so, you will have to constantly use your communication skills or you will not achieve the objective.
Before the experience, the trainer will organise the teams and explain the rules and guidelines of the game we will use as the central tool of the course.
When we start the game, you will need to communicate efficiently to overcome the 5 phases of the game:
- Effective communication: To advance, all players must communicate respecting their speaking turns and actively listening to their teammates.
- Initiative and leadership: Only one player will take the initiative to lead the phase and convey the clear, concise instructions that will let them advance.
- Creativity, strategy and flexibility: They will only pass the phase if they are able to jointly establish a communication strategy and adapt to it.
- Coordination: All team members must synchronise to pass the information to the rest of the team at the right moment.
- Communication under pressure: They must solve the final phase against the clock, keeping the composure that lets them make sound decisions and communicate them effectively to the rest of the team.
