In a post-apocalyptic Steampunk future, teams of 3 to 6 people embark on a critical mission: to recover the Genesis Orb, the only hope to restore the balance of a devastated world.
To achieve it, they must infiltrate an ancestral temple... but it is no ordinary challenge. This temple whispers, tempts and corrupts. It invites betrayal, ego and individual gain.
Only those who resist those voices and put the group first will be able to complete the mission.
Inspired by the thinking of Reinventing Organizations by Frederic Laloux, Teal Evolution tests not only coordination, but the team's collective values: trust, awareness, shared purpose and joint decision-making.
The mechanic is Digital Sync style: each player manages key information from their tablet, but the real challenge lies in how they relate to others.

1. Briefing
Our costumed actors will start the show: after splitting you into teams, they will explain the activity rules and your objective.
2. Ice Breaker
You will have to decide your team's name and defend it all together with a war cry or a little haka that makes your opponents tremble.

You must communicate and work as a team to overcome all the challenges and complete the mission before time runs out.
4. Closing
Once the activity is over, you will discover the winners' ranking amid applause and, optionally, we will hold the prize-giving.
